Enfes Etliekmek & Çorba, Abdullah Usta is a family-run restaurant in Meram, Konya. We bake Konya-style etli ekmek, a thin flatbread topped with minced beef, in a stone oven (taş fırın in Turkish) and serve it with hot soups.
Abdullah Usta has been making etli ekmek since he was 13. Whether you want a quick etli ekmek break or a bowl of soup to warm you up, we want you to leave the table happy.
